Parennial 千禧父母
    2017-December-5  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

A: Did you see the photos Mary shared of her kids playing the piano on WeChat?

B: Sure I did. The parennials are sharing photos of their kids all the time.

Note: American author and television personality Bruce Feiler came up with this new word “parennial” to refer to millennials who have become parents. The parennials, unlike the previous generations, raise their children in more open-minded and flexible ways. They depend more on social media and the Internet to look for information on child rearing and frequently share their children’s photos online. They encourage individualism in children and try harder to develop friendships with them.
