Chilly weather lingers
    2018-February-5  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

With his hair covered by icicles, a villager at Xiandeng Village, Xuyi County, Jiangsu Province, catches fish at Xiandeng Lake on Saturday as the temperature plunged to minus 10 degrees Celsius. The National Meteorological Center yesterday said that cold fronts will hit North China, as the country’s southwestern regions continue to see rain and snow. It expected temperatures to drop by 4 degrees Celsius in parts of Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi, as well as northern and western regions in North China from today to Wednesday. It also said that Southwest China’s Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces are expected to see a small amount of snow or sleet, with heavy snowfall expected in some regions.    Xinhua
